Parking was good. I would suggest that the shuttle bus be more cautious. It almost hit me as I was coming out of my parking space due to the shuttle speeding. Staff was good. The Starbucks cafe would be convenient if they would want to make your coffee. I wanted a white chocolate mocha and employee said she had just cleaned the expresso machine and did not want to dirty it. It was like 7 pm. Maybe have instructions on how to use the thermostat as it was very cold and then too hot. I figured it out after multiple time tries trying to set the temperature at a comfortable setting.

The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though.

No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware.

Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping walked in without knocking or announcing anyway. The breakfast was decent and kept stocked well.
